Keep your pet’s profile current as their care needs change.
Select the right pet
Open the pet selector at the top of the app and choose the pet you want to update. Check their name before making changes.
Open Edit pet
From Home, use the pet profile’s edit control to open Edit pet. Update the details you need, such as name, birth date, breed, body information, health conditions, insurance, or vet contact details.
You can also update the pet’s appearance so their profile is easy to recognize.
Review and save
Review the values and use the confirmation control to save. If the app reports a sync error, check your connection and try again before assuming the update has been saved.
Use sharing when another person needs access to the same pet, rather than creating a separate profile.
