Your pet’s profile connects their care events, reminders, and documents. Start with the essentials and add more detail whenever you need it.
Create a new pet
Follow the first-pet setup after signing in. If you already have a pet, open the pet selector at the top of the app, choose Add an animal, then Create a new pet.
Enter your pet’s name and choose their species. Add their date of birth and sex when you know them. You can also add a photo to make the profile easier to recognize.
Add optional details
Continue to Optional details. Add the information you have, such as breed, body details, health conditions, chip number, insurance, and vet contact details. You can return to these details later.
Check the time zone, currency, and measurement system so dates and values suit your pet’s care.
Choose what to track
In What do you want to track?, enable the event categories you want to use. At least one category must be enabled to continue. The available categories depend on your pet’s species.
Finish with reminders
Review the suggested reminders, such as birthdays and weight check-ins, then finish setup with Done. Select your pet before adding care events.
