Petsights helps you organise pet information. It is not veterinary, medical, or emergency advice.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Petsights iPhone app and website. By creating an account or using Petsights, you agree to them.
Using Petsights
You must use Petsights lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You are responsible for the information you add, the actions taken through your account, and ensuring that your use does not harm the service or other people.
Accounts and shared access
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for people you invite to a shared pet and for the information you choose to make available through a sharing link.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features require Petsights+. Purchases made in the iPhone app are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Subscription renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing are managed through your Apple account.
AI features and pet care
AI-assisted features are optional and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They do not provide veterinary, medical, diagnostic, or emergency advice and are not a substitute for a qualified veterinarian. Seek urgent veterinary help for an emergency.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to Petsights. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, including making it available to people with whom you choose to share it.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Petsights when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal requirements, or product improvements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Suspension or termination
You may stop using Petsights and request deletion of your account from the app. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Petsights is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Changes and contact
