Care events build a history you can return to when you need to understand what happened and when.
Choose your pet and event
Select the pet at the top of the app, then tap Add. Choose the event category you want to record. The choices depend on the pet’s species, enabled categories, and feature access.
Enter the details
Check the pet and date in the form. Complete the fields for the event, such as a measurement, medication, vaccination, activity, or notes. Fields vary by event type.
Use the units shown next to each value. Record what actually happened rather than entering a future plan as a completed event.
Save and review the record
Use the form’s confirmation control and wait for saving to finish. Review the record in your pet’s history or the relevant Health card.
