Petsights can help turn information in a document image into care records. This feature requires Petsights+ access for the selected pet.
Start the scan
Select your pet, open Documents, tap the plus control, and choose Scan Image with AI. Select a clear image containing the information you want to import.
If the app asks for permission to process the image with AI, review the explanation before continuing.
Wait for the review
Keep the app open while the image is processed. If the image cannot be read, try a clearer image with the relevant text fully visible.
Check every extracted detail
Review the proposed events before adding them. Check dates, names, amounts, and units against the original document. Edit any incorrect details and only add the records you want to keep.
Confirm the records
Use the review screen’s add control to save the selected events, then check your pet’s history. AI can misread an image, so the original document remains the source to check against.
